  • Hey! So apart from Reneisner, Meisick, a Renard, Juliette and Meisner trifecta and no Trosh or Jobel (:D), what other pairings do you support? Are you a Nikette and Madalind (NOT Nadalind) fan?

      Loading editor
    • I like Nickette and Madalind, or (and I love this name) Adaleisner! ;)

        Loading editor
    • That's a cool name. Do you think there's a chance that Nikette will happen again?

        Loading editor
    • Sadly I think Nikette is done. Even if Juliette crawls out and destroys Eve, Nick would never forgive Juliette for all the heartache she's put him through. Nikette is one of the reasons I thought season 3 was the best season, because there was no secrets, she was in the know, and they were happy.

        Loading editor
    • I know :( Then do you think Nadalind is the new replacement? I hope not o.o

In previous seasons we thought that Nick would never be on friendly terms with Adalind but here he is now with a kid and a house they're sharing. Can we really say that Nick will not forgive Juliette in future?

        Loading editor
    • It's kinda going that way, but I predict that before the ship can sail she'll get her Hexenbiest powers back and that's when the fun will really begin.

Well, Nick deeply loves Juliette, and while he has forgiven someone he doesn't know a lot about for doing all sorts of things to him, he had such as deep romantic connection with Juliette that I think it hurts him more, because he loved her.

Also, if you were in charge of Grimm, and you were doing season 5, what would you have done with Adalind and Juliette?

        Loading editor
    • I am totally agree with both of you, in my opinion, the best season of the show is season 3, and I don't understand why all this issues, I miss "Nickette", but this ship is most likely over :(, Lets see until the end of season 5...

        Loading editor
    • Hmmm point. I would have either killed Juliette off completely or made her retain her memories and emotions but be a lethal killing machine as they did with Eve.

Oh well, I still have the past season's Nikette fan vids to look at and wallow over :D

        Loading editor
    • Well, if you were to keep her memories and emotions, then it would be very hard to control her. And she would definitely kill Trubel and Nick. It would make more sense if they actuslly did kill Juliette, but the Hexenbiest comletely took over and she was stuck in permanent woge. That would be pretty cool actually. Oh, and I would never have made Adalind pregnant with Nick's child.

There is A LOT of Nikette thankfully. I'm rewatching the show to celebrate episode 100, and I'm smack dab in the middle of season 2, when Nikette was strained... I miss the days where Nick used to lure Verrat agents into an empty lot and kill them in cold blood...

        Loading editor
    • One of the things I like most of the "Grimm" is reviewing the episodes over and over again, is something that is rare for me to do with other shows, but now I feel a little sad to review the episodes because of this Adalind/Kelly situation.

        Loading editor
    • @ Grimmival: Agreed. The emotions would make her uncontrollable but this added baby thing is the death of us all!

@Jorgon: Nickette makes me feel better to counteract all the muck of Nadalind this season.

        Loading editor
    • Good point. I'm honestly trying to come up with a good other excuse for Juliette going nuts... I guess the baby was necessary. Adalind could've aborted the fetus, but I guess she kept it to use it to her advantage.

        Loading editor
    • Hmmm; maybe it was also Nick's initial rejection and lack of understanding of her situation? I've mentioned this before on Jorgon's wall but Nick pulled a gun on her when she first woged in front of him, then decided to sleep on the couch afterwards, was jumpy around her when she came to see how he was doing and then couldn't even look at her even if she wasn't woged. Did he really expect her to stay and work things out with him if he couldn't even accept what she was?

        Loading editor
    • The baby Kelly ruins everything. That is my opinion, Adalind uses manipulation to get everything she wants, just in episode 2, she tells Nick if can sleep with her because she is afraid! Really Nick?, ugh...

        Loading editor
    • To be honest, if my girlfriend turned into the ugliest thing on the planet that can kill you with her mind I would be scared ****tless. I wouldn't trust her at first. I think that Nick was so surprised he was afraid she would hurt him, but after a day, he was like "okay, I'm going to try and understand you." I think he thought Juliette would help him. This is like the most complicated thing the show has ever played, that I can't really find a rational explanation for Nick and Juliette's actions, although Juliette was emotionally everywhere.

@Jorgon What I don't get is when Adalind lost her powers and was human, she was still an evil manipulative bitch, but now she's nice? It could be that a part of the Hexenbiest still atays with you even if you loose your core powers, and the suppressent suppresses that?

        Loading editor
    • Yeah she was. Maybe I'm only seeing this from a girl's point of view. I don't know. If I were Nick, I would have accepted her. I saw that after his initial rejection, her personality changed more drastically. He was too slow in making up his mind to help her. If I were a Grimm, I'd be scared FOR her rather than OF her. As you said Nick loved Juliette deeply and would know that she stood by him through all his rough patches so If I were him, I would do the same, no matter what the obstacle.

EXACTLY what I thought of Adalind when she lost her powers. I don't believe the 'motherhood can change you' statement applies to Adalind. She was ready to sell her first kid on the Black Market for her powers and only really developed a conscience towards her daughter later on in her pregnancy.

        Loading editor
    • Yep, good points. I would like an explanation from the writers as to why Nick reacted the way he did and why Juliette reacted the way she did. I am no good at examining people's psychological profiles. 😛

I know this sounds horrible, but I would've sold the child if I was Adalind because I hate kids. :D I think it kind of does. She was softer when Diana was born, and more vulnerable.

        Loading editor
    • LOL! Points for honesty; that made me laugh so hard :D

When Juliette first woged on Nick, I think the psychological profiles for both characters fit what a typical guy would do if his girlfriend did that in front of him and what a typical girl would do if she saw that her guy couldn't accept her. So in essence, it's a supernatural soap opera.

I think the writers do what they do to get the best reaction from their viewers, whether that reaction is positive or negative. They just mess around with the characters and think of the worst possible things to do to them to gauge our reaction.

        Loading editor
    • Plus, it's too much of a hassle to be chased from the Royals. Rather just forget about it, like an ex. 😉

Soap opera... Despite what some claim, Grimm is not a supernatural soap opera. :D

I kinda find that a little stupid. You should write your characters the way they would react, rather than what you want them to. Still, if we didn't have that, I don't think Nick would've ever killed Kenneth, Kelly would still be alive, and season 5 would've been DRASTICALLY different.

Oh, and speaking of ships, have we discussed Renard and Juliette?

        Loading editor
    • That's right. Well Grimm doesn't fit the genre of a soap opera but I found that some of the scenes related to Nick, Juliette and Adalind were soap opera-ish.

For example, when Juliette found out about Adalind's pregnancy, this scene was reminiscent of a scene in a soap opera when the girlfriend finds out about the other woman.

Also when Juliette said 'You know I love you, right?' or some similar line to Nick before she woged seemed a bit soap-opera-ish to me because that line has been used countless times in such genre shows but for Grimm this was necessary to prep Nick.

Little things like that but I agree that Grimm isn't a soap opera.

        Loading editor
    • I hated the season 4, I continue to say that the story has no meaning, if Nick had not rejected Juliette, things would be different, the first thing that Nick did was get away from Juliette, started sleeping on the couch, but with the Adalind is already different because of the baby, I can not accept what happened to Juliette while Adalind have a "happy ending", but nobody understands it!

        Loading editor
    • Mmm. Oh and speaking of Nadalind, I find it funny how supporters of this pairing are already dreaming of a happily ever after for them when we all know that on a show like Grimm, characters can die, often grisly and surprising deaths.

The writers broke up Nickette to add some variety to their storyline instead of keeping them as Nick the Grimm and Juliette the supportive human fiancé. So what's to say that Nadalind are safe?

        Loading editor
    • I really hope Adalind dies this season and Trubel becomes a regular.

The Nadalind is not safe... :D

        Loading editor
    • I don't think so, the first five episodes had very low ratings, but after Eve/Juliette shows up, hmmmmm, yap "Nadalind" is doomed!

        Loading editor
    • @Grimmival: Why can't I place a Kudos to your comment? :D

        Loading editor
    • I will be pissed if Grimm gets canceled! So pissed, I actually avoid even talking about it or thinking about it. Right now I think it's going to get renewed.

You can say you want to add a Kudos to my comment by commenting, thus giving me a kudos to my comment. :D

        Loading editor
    • Hurrah :D

I hope the renewed season does not feature Adalind and has Trubel as a regular. That is all I want.

David Giuntoli says that someone regular will die this season. I hope it's the blond menace.

        Loading editor
    • Well, David said that before Juliette returned, so I don't know if they will, although I hope so...

        Loading editor
    • I really want Adalind dies in this season! Trubel as regular? Sounds very cool!

        Loading editor
    • Well if he meant Juliette 'dying' we can argue that this happened at the end of season 4. I still think there's one prominent death to come and I hope it's Adalind.

If it's anyone else, I don't know if I will watch the show further.

        Loading editor
    • Yee. If Adalind doesn't die... Don't worry. I plan to be working on television shows and doing some of my own stuff, possibly a Grimm spin-off. ;)

        Loading editor
    • I love Wu, Monroe and Rosalee, Renard is a favorite character of most fans, while Nick is the protagonist and Juliette/Eve has just returned, I wanted Adalind, but something tells me it's Hank...

    • Grimmival wrote: Yee. If Adalind doesn't die... Don't worry. I plan to be working on television shows and doing some of my own stuff, possibly a Grimm spin-off. ;)

      OMG Hire Trubel! :D

      Oh man not Hank Dx

        Loading editor
    • I would have Trubel on it! It would mainly have a new cast though.

        Loading editor
    • If you need writing ideas let me know! I love writing :D

What kind of storyline would this spin off have?

        Loading editor
    • I'll be sure to remember!

Well, it would depend on what happens on Grimm right now, but I'm thinking of a pair of Kehrseite-Schlich-Kennen in Europe are trying to do the jobs of Grimms, and get some of Nick's Grimm diaries at an auction, and try to track Nick down. How does that sound?

Oh, and Nick gave away some of his books because he was forced into hiding by the Royals.

        Loading editor
    • Wow, that sounds super interesting. o.o

Hmmm Nick goes into hiding because of the Royals eh? I recommend that you read Sutty's blog about a backstory they suggested two years ago. I've just commented on it so please do read it on the recent wiki activity page. I think it will get the imagination going.

        Loading editor
    • Thank you! I would have a 12-13 episode format, so that there aren't so many filler episodes. I have an episode about a Höllentier and another about the Ak-Moho-Arii.

I read it, and it's pretty interesting (though I think unlikely).

        Loading editor
    • Maybe (about Sutty's blog) but you never know. Did anyone predict Juliette would become a Hexenbiest on this wiki in Season 4?

Question; are you a Grimm writer in disguise? If you are, I'm going to fangirl :D

        Loading editor
    • Not that I know of...

Haha! No, sorry! I'm still finishing up my last year of high school. ;)

        Loading editor
    • LOL! Well good luck with school :D

What are you hoping to major in in college? Creative writing, multimedia perhaps?

        Loading editor
    • I've thought about multimedia. I'm either going to be a television producer or a paleontologist (or a zoologist).

        Loading editor
    • You know, when I was in primary school, I wanted to be an animator. I still love anime and animated shows but decided that I'd rather be biomedical scientist instead :D

Paleontology sounds awesome. I've always loved Fossil shows, so that was maybe what changed my direction to biology rather than animation.

Which one are you more interested in as of right now?

        Loading editor
    • Oh cool! Well, biomedical stuff is still interesting... Even though I'm mostly clueless as to what you do. :D

I'm interested in doing TV stuff, but do some documentaries on animals and dinosaurs, alongside doing TV series with characters and stoof.

Oh, and since you said primary school, are you from the UK?

        Loading editor
    • Oh cool. Have you considered careers on Nat Geo? My sister is into Geographical Sciences stuff (so completely different area to me :D) and I suggested this to her.

        Loading editor
    • Actually I'm aiming to work for BBC Earth. ;)

        Loading editor
    • WOW!! Good on you! That was my next suggestion. :D Will you go straight to Uni/college then or apply directly for an internship with them?

Sorry, I'm being nosy but I get interested when people talk about what they want to do in the future. :D

        Loading editor
    • Yeah, I love the BBC's quality programmes! I'm taking a gap year before I go to a 4-year college and then I'll do an internship. It'll be long but, it's gotta be worth it.

Oh no, it's fine. Now that I'm a senior that's pretty much what ever adult asks me now. :D

Also, I wasn't sure you got my question of if your from the UK or not?

        Loading editor
    • Whoops missed your UK question! No I'm not from the UK, I'm from Australia. I used to be on the site under a different username (Jujumagia) but I got busy and deactivated my account. Then I got less busy and thought I had more time to log back in before my account was fully deactivated but by the time I came back to the site, my account was gone so I had to make a new one :D

      Are you from the UK?

I love all the BBC programs especially the documentaries and the period drama stuff. I'm not a Downton Abbey fan though (haven't even gotten around to watching the first season!).

        Loading editor
    • Oh, okay, I was close. Not geographically but, ya know...

No, I was born in San Diego. I don't really like it though. I do however, love rain and snow, so that's why I want to move to England.

I have not watched Downtown Abbey either. I don't really plan on it. Do you watch Doctor Who?

        Loading editor
    • Yes I do! :D I watch it from time to time  - I don't like the newer seasons to be honest. Liked it best when David Tennant was the Doctor and I could ship him with Billie Piper as Rose :D

Do you like mysteries like Poirot and Marple on British Television?

        Loading editor
    • I love the new seasons! The second to last episode was brilliant! I do miss Tennant though...

I don't actually watch that much British television. Just documentaries and Doctor Who for now. ;)

        Loading editor
    • Hahaha I just watch murder mysteries, sci-fi shows like Doctor Who and period pieces (traditional and contemporary).

Have you ever been to Portland?

        Loading editor
    • Horror, fantasy, and science fiction are my shows. ;)

No, but I've been to Sunriver, which is in Oregon, and my brother has been to Portland.

        Loading editor
    • Cool! Is Sunriver kind of like Portland? Misty and forest-y?

        Loading editor
    • Yeah it was. We were up there when it was summer, and what surprised me is that because we were at a higher latitude, the sun didn't fully set 'till about 21:00-22:00. (I'm international!)

We went kayaking and it was pretty hot. Oh, and I went into a freezing lava tube.

        Loading editor
    • Wow!! Did you come across any Wasser Zahne on your kayaking trip? :D

        Loading editor
    • No, nor any Luisant-Pêcheur. :D My dad has seen river otters there though, I never got to.

        Loading editor
    • Awww so no Eisbibers either. Perhaps in England you'll have a chance to see other Wesen, that might fuel your imagination for your spin off.

        Loading editor
    • I don't think there's been a Wesen native to the UK in the TV series has there?

Also, fun little fact, Diamond Lake is a 4.5 hour drive from Portland. Imagine all the gas Nick and Hank spent.

        Loading editor
    • Hahaha! Well given that Nick must have had to pay a heck of a lot of insurance premium for every time he had a Wesen encounter in his and Juliette's house for four consecutive seasons, I don't think the petrol bill from Portland to Diamond Lake would have been too much of a problem for a Detective's salary :D

        Loading editor
    • Speaking of which, I've always imagined during Bad Luck, while Nick was chasing Nigel Edumnd that Juliette just used her powers to clean up the house. :D

Oh, and there are lots of Naiads here in San Diego!

        Loading editor
    • Lol she should have done that after her encounter with Adalind, then maybe Nick wouldn't have had a freak out, she wouldn't have walked out and gone crazy and Nick's mother might still be alive!

Hahaha I bet there is! We have a lot of Gelumcaedus swimming in our rivers here in Oz.

        Loading editor
    • Damn it Juliette! Clean up after your messes! :D

      Whereabouts are you?

        Loading editor
    • QLD. It's sunny, hot and humid on a count of it's summer here (or the last month of summer).

        Loading editor
    • I used to think that 50 degree mornings (sorry, I can't convert farenheit to celsius yet) were freezing here. Then I spent 2.5 weeks in Alaska two months ago and now it's waaay too warm! :D

        Loading editor
    • Hahahaha! That's 10 degrees C which is quite cold by my standards. Was Alaska nice? I hear they have nice sunrises and sunsets. Can you see the Northern lights from there?

        Loading editor
    • Oh, Alaska was beautiful! I was in Anchorage, and not only was I able to see better sunrises and sunsets than where I am currently, I also saw the Northern Lights... And a Glühenvolk.

        Loading editor
    • Wow!! Did you take a picture (of the Glühenvolk at sunset)? :D

        Loading editor
    • I figure if I came across a Raub-Kondor, a Vulpesmyrca or some other hunting Wesen, that I shouldn't help them skin such a nice people.

To my surprise, not a lot of Klaustreichs there. Alaska is a conservative state, and I'm biologically a male with bright red hair, so part of me was worried about some jackass yelling out "gay!"

        Loading editor
    • Awww why would they do that? That's the first time I've heard a stereotype like that before o.o

Btw, have you read Claire Coffee's new-ish interview about how Eve will 'involve' herself with Nick and Adalind's life because she's concerned about Nick's loyalty to HW?

        Loading editor
    • I go to a school where like, 50% of the student population is not straight or is trans, but there are still some people who are like "bleh!" The US isn't as accepting as you think it would be. The majority are fine but it's people like the Donald Trump who are like that... Does Australia cover the US preaidential elections?

      Really? That's interesting.

        Loading editor
    • No not really. You need to watch CNN for that. Isn't your country termed the land of the free? So why aren't people free to be who they want? People should be more open minded IMO.

Yeah, she says that Adalind will side with HW (bet you cos of Meisner ;)) and be swept up in the war in a serious way that will change her storyline. Thank goodness. Domestic! Adalind is worse to watch than Evil! Adalind. I mean, people would rather eat their own carpet than eat what ever she bakes anyway :D

        Loading editor
    • Because there are a lot of religious people here that reaallly take the Bible seriously, and think that somehow being gay is bad (when it says that lesbians are totally fine) somehow means trans people are impure too! Think like the Wesenrein, except real... Note, this is not how everyone is, it's mostly the old people, and they're dying.

Adaleisner confirmed! :D I just want Nick to join H.W. already!

        Loading editor
    • "And they're dying" :D

I don't know if Adaleisner is confirmed or not. I hope it is though. Or I want Reneiser. My sister once said, if Adalind or Juliette didn't exist in Grimm, things would be much more tolerable. I'm inclined to agree.

        Loading editor
    • Well, yeah. Things only last for so long. ;D

I honestly never minded Juliette, even back from season 1. Adalind... She got tiring around midway through season 4. Then again, I tolerate bad things a lot better than other people so...

        Loading editor
    • Hahaha! I would have preferred no Adalind.

Btw, people who hate Juliette say that she can't be forgiven for standing by and letting Nick's mother die. But Adalind had come to physically harm Aunt Marie in the hospital in Season 1. You'd argue that Juliette was more successful in following through with the harm but I tend to measure such acts by intention rather than success . . .

        Loading editor
    • Plus Juliette didn't realize Kenneth would kill Kelly.

Also, what's your favourite episode of Grimm?

        Loading editor
    • Very true.

My favourite episode of Grimm . . hmmm I don't have favourites. I have favourites scenes, like Nikette moments, Musai, Naiad and Glühenvolk woge moments, Juliette woging moments, nice scenes with the original Scooby Squad backing each other up and looking out for one another moments, moments were Trubel is not so subtly telling people how it is and spicy moments with Renard and Juliette :D

I can tell you my least favourite Grimm episode: Tarantella. This is the only episode I have never watched. I'm arachnophobic you see (don't mind Manticores). Hbu?

        Loading editor
    • I absolutely loved Cry Havoc. Before we knew what was going to happen, it ended in such a way where basically the show could've gone any direction. I always watch it with Juliette dead and her body taken in mind, not her being reborn as Eve. That's for later.

And I have to say... Oohh... Musai's are hot! :D

        Loading editor
    • Hahaha! I liked that episode too. It was hands down the most exciting one so far on Grimm.

Which episode is your least favourite?

        Loading editor
    • It was unpredictable. Even though Damien Puckler and Elizabeth Rodriguez were credited at the beginning and I knew who they played, I was so into it that I didn't notice, and bam!!! Meisner! Also, where was the revenge driven Nick we were promised this season? He's been handling things pretty well... Almost too well.

That's hard for me... Maiden Quest was a low point because half of it was Nadalind related.

Speaking of Maiden Quest, any theories on how Trubel got beat up? They haven't even explained it yet.

        Loading editor
    • Hmm Trubel may have gotten herself beaten up in an effort to draw out Black Claw and gain Nick's trust in a more effective way --> if so, that plan reeks of Meisner and I think he and Adalind would make two peas in pod.

Yeah so much for a revenge fueled season. Nick's too busy playing house. Or maybe this revenge is not to do with him. Perhaps we might see the Royals come forward again and seek revenge on HW and Nick.

Hahaha then you must have hated that one scene in Eve of Destruction . . . :D I know I did. Nearly spat out my dinner.

And I didn't pay much attention to the opening credits of Cry Havoc so I enjoyed the full surprise of Meisner appearing on the scene. I have to say, the only time I liked him was during Season 2 and Season 4. I don't like him much now cos he's being too much of a control freak and doing unethical things to women. Right up Adalind's alley, I think.

        Loading editor
    • At first I'm like "the hell? No!" But then I remembered when Meisner and Trubel were fighting, he said "You're still hurt don't make it worse."

The Royals are too big of a plot point to just throw away. Although I'm actually legitimately scared of Black Claw. Similar to how I was terrified of Kenneth.

I was like a lost puppy about a cross a road full of cars, all big eyed like "are they doing it? Are they doing it? Are they doing it!!?? They did it goddammit!!! Noooo!!!!"

You mean season 3? He was only mentioned in season 2. I still have to say that Meisner is pretty... God, so many attractive people on this show. :D

        Loading editor
    • Ahhh so you're a Meisner girl. I'm more of a Renard girl myself, but this season he's boring me :D

Yeah! I wasn't the only one who paid attention to Meisner's dialogue. He's sneaky. Maybe he thinks he's doing it for a good cause but still, he's sneaky.

I thought Kenneth was annoying to be honest. Normally I love guys like him but he was annoying. Maybe cos he beat up Renard :D

Nick's undeniably handsome too and normally I'd be fangirling over him each episode but he's annoyed me so much over Season 4 and Season 5 that I don't really care what happens to him at this point in time. I'm watching this show for Eve and Trubel.

        Loading editor
    • You can say that... Also, just a little clarification: I don't really identify as a guy or a girl.

      Oh, I'm a Meisnerd. :D

Sneaky as hell... Like a freaking snake!

He got things done. He was so direct, compared to Viktor and Eric... Oh, did you like Eric as a villan?

Nick from Seasons 1 and 2 are the cutest. :D I don't like facial hair and his new hairdo. :D

        Loading editor
    • Hahaha oh I call anyone irrespective of gender who is a fan of a character like that; so if you like Nick, you'd be a Nick girl in my books.

Mesinerd sounds great! He's super duper sneaky. Now you may appreciate why I said that Nick the Naive doesn't suit him :D

Didn't like Eric. Hard on the eyes, annoying on the ears. Sorry not sorry.

Nick's facial hair and hairdo bug me. He's gotten a bit chubbier in the face . . or maybe it's the white hairs. I don't expect him to age backwards but still. Juliette keeps getting prettier each season IMO, but I may be biased :D

    • Alright, that's fine. Makes sense. :D

      I can see that now.

I noticed that each time they introduced a prince, they got youngwr and younger... Then their's baby faced Kendall.

To me, Juliette never got uglier or prettier, she was just pretty all the way through.

        Loading editor
    • Hahaha she's always been pretty, yes.

Question; Out of the show's regulars, who do you think has the most chance of dying this season? I keep hoping for Adalind but realistically, she puts a lot of spice to the show with her antics, so that's good for ratings? Idek.

        Loading editor
    • I don't know... Probably Hank or Wu. Hank's been pretty ignored lately. I wish they would have more Hank-centric episodes.

Oh, what's your favourite fight scene from Grimm?

        Loading editor
    • Poor Hank :(

My favourite fight scene is the one between Juliette and Adalind. Hands down (It's the only scene apart from Nickette scenes that I rewatch from time to time :D).

After that, it's the scene between Nick and Renard when they were fighting over Aunt Marie's key. Normally I would support Renard but I was annoyed at him taking the key and ink blotting it to reveal part of the map so I was on Nick's side on this one.

I also liked Nick and his mother hunting down the Mauvais Dent. Plus Nick's mother whooped him good in 'Woman in Black'. :D

I also liked Nick's fight with the Gelumcaedus brothers in Cold-Blooded. That fight had me on the edge of my seat, it was scary.

        Loading editor
    • The Wildesheer fight in Revelation was brilliant! It's the longest fight, and the Wildesheer were overpowering Nick, who had super zombie powers!

What was extremely impressive is that Nick took out three Gelumcaedus at the same time. And Gelumcaedus are powerful Wesen.

When my friend was watching Face Off, as soon as Nick punched Renard, they were all excited and like "yeah!" :D

That reminds me, do you feel that the writers are unintentionally making Nick weak? The latest episode, he was kicked down by an Anubis and he had to be saved by Monroe. Also, in The Grimm Identity, he had trouble fighting ONE Gelumcaedus, when he took on THREE!

        Loading editor
    • Hmm the writers may be factoring in Nick's psychological state to his level of fighting. He's gone through the death of his mother, the loss of the woman he loved and he's had to deal with the responsiblities of a father. If I were him, my head wouldn't be in the fighting game, so perhaps the writers were trying to downplay his fighting skills to match that psychological profile. It's not to say that he's getting weaker, it's just that his thoughts are elsewhere right now.

On the topic of Monroe taking out the Anubis before Nick had a chance, I think that was the writers' way of giving Monroe's character closure over his uncle's death; nothing more :D

        Loading editor
    • Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Also, that reminds me of what the Maréchaussée Manticore said: "It's easier to kill a Grimm when he's emotional." Also, did you take that to mean he previously killed a Grimm?

That seems most likely. I would've at least loved to have scene the fight prolonged a little bit more.

        Loading editor
    • OMG. Do you think that could be the end game? A way to get to Nick emotionally to kill him?

I know you're a Meisnerd and that Meisner's intentions are not clear at this stage, but would it be possible for Nick's death to be the end game for HW, despite going on about how they want to go against Black Claw and what they believe in (i.e. Eradication of all things Grimm)?

Meisner is sneaky. We both established that he put Trubel up to being injured to recruit Nick and get at more Black Claw members. He did a mind rape on Juliette, pardon the language, to turn her into a more controllable weapon; sure she's the greatest asset to HW but the fact that she has Juliette's face and memories is far too convenient a way of keeping Nick interested and invested in HW than I would like. And then finally, Meisner reminding Nick of the help they need from him after they helped him track down the new books. Ugh. Meisner. Why you sneaky? >.>

        Loading editor
    • But why would HW and/or Meisner want Nick dead? It's obvious that having Grimms in their side would help...

        Loading editor
    • Grimms are important to their side but one specific Grimm (i.e. Nick) who tries to go against the status quo would be dangerous to them. We still don't know what HW's true intentions are. I predict that they will be successful in eradicating Black Claw but if they become the new villains, it'll be a much more potent threat for everybody, especially if they have Eve on their side.

I still don't see Black Claw as a dangerous threat. It might just be me but I think an organisation like HW with a super powerful weapon on their side are more than a match for Black Claw.

        Loading editor
    • I sort of trust HW at this moment. I don't want them to become the villan, because that's too tropy. "Government is evil!"

Oh, wait, what if Eve dies when what Meisner did to her starts to wear off? She tries to finish what Juliette began, and Nick kills her?

Oh, and I have several theories about what the tunnel in Nick's loft leads to...

        Loading editor
    • Well the Royals were a governing body in the past as well, and we all know where that story went in Grimm, so why not HW? Technically they're so secret that the Government don't know that they're part of the Govenrment, so they're not Government? :D

Hmm psychological duress is harder to wear down IMO; so I think for now, Eve might be stable but after she finishes her job, she may start to crack. Bitsie Tulloch did say that Eve's one driving force is this mission against Black Claw and nothing can take her focus off that, except maybe Black Claw ceasing to exist.

Where do you think the tunnel in Nick's loft leads?

        Loading editor
    • Oh my god. How did I miss this?! I always viewed HW as like, a more high tech version of the Wesen Council.

So maybe the last episode of the season is a final goodbye for Bitsie? I'll benokay with that.

One, it contains a few more of the Coins of Zakynthos. I think it was implied that there are more than 3 coins. My second theory is that an evil spirt lives in there. There are myths that tunnels like Nick's (Shangai tunnels) are haunted with spirits and ghosts.

        Loading editor
    • A haunted tunnel sounds plausible. The coins being there is a stretch - I mean, we know that Nick decided to move into that dystopian loft to protect his son and make himself less vulnerable. He's had no incidents in his new home than in the house he shared with Juliette :D

But the point of more coins being in that tunnel seem a bit outlandish to me because the loft doesn't hold that much significance for me other than being a strong fortress for Nick. Why would anyone hide coins there? I think we need more of a backstory for the loft for this to make more sense.

I didn't like what Eve said to Trubel about killing her as well. I thought the statement was weird; as if Juliette was really in there and is just projecting her thoughts to everyone as Eve. If this is the case, Meisner's made her worse! I predicted in my blog that after Black Claw is eradicated, HW would make plans to kill Eve/Juliette because a powerful weapon like her in the wrong hands would cause chaos. Nick, despite his misgivings over Eve's new personality and lack of remorse may have something to say about this. Don't know. We'll have to see.

        Loading editor
    • Adalind said "it's probably locked for a reason, things live a long time". I think it's most likely a haunted tunnel, but, surprise me writers!

Okay, I see... By the end of the season, do you think Wesen will be known to the world?

Also, I find it funny how you just started this thread and in a matter of one day and three participants, we already managed to get 100 replies. :D

        Loading editor
    • Hahaha yeah! I found a couple of friends on this site who are able to discuss things Grimm with me, so what can you expect? :D

I don't know if the Wesen world will become public knowledge or not. Most likely not if HW are successful in eradicating Black Claw. Also, Grimm is mostly about core characters reacting to the the Wesen world. We don't really know what other people in the Grimm Universe think and feel unless they are part of the episode storyline, so having Wesen become public knowledge might not be a story angle the writers want? They might go down that road but I feel that if they do, it might become some sub-par dystopian Walking Dead type show that might not be appreciated by hard core fans of the Walking Dead, or of Grimm. Just my opinion, I might be wrong. It might give new life and meaning to Nick's loft though, as Monroe described it in the last episode :D

    • Yeah, I've been sick all day and I'm usually on here anyways in my free time. What time is it in Queensland?

I have a feeling Black Claw will make the world aware of Wesen, but it will get eradicated. That could be a huge cliffhanger for the end of the season.

        Loading editor
    • Yeah that would be a huge cliffhanger. If that's the case, Nick will need all the help he can get to contain such a problem. Wow, ideas for thought! :D

      It's 2:54pm on the 24/02.

    • Okay, myy official prediction for the finale; Wesen are known, Black Claw eradicated, Meisner has Nick kill Eve. Bam! :D

        Loading editor
    • Hahaha! I knew you were a day behind :D

OMG that's a killer finale. Damn you Meisner! Why does he get Nick to kill her though? Why can't he do it himself, and Nick tries to stop him? Trubel, although she's weirded out by Eve, likes Juliette, so I find it hard to believe she will be happy with the decision as well.

        Loading editor
    • Quick, tell me the lottery numbers! :D

To see if Nick is loyal to HW. Trubel already "killed" Juliette once. To make sure that Nick does not harbour any feelings for her anymore, so they can work more in the future... I should be a writer for this show! :D

        Loading editor
    • Haha! I don't know them :D

Ohhh I see. Well, I say he'll fail the first recruitment task. He's much too soft. He hasn't showed up for work to HW even now, even though he was a given an informal interview and a tour of the facilities for shortlisted candidates.

You should be a writer on Grimm, and feed me all the spoilers :D

        Loading editor
    • Be a writer just to give you spoilers?

By the way, I considered pretending to be a writer for Grimm, but I thought "no, that's way too cruel". :D

        Loading editor
    • Aww that's cruel. Meisner suits you. :D

No, be a writer to improve the script of Grimm (e.g. take out Adalind and make the show more bearable on that front and make Trubel a regular) and give me spoilers. Then everyone's happy!

        Loading editor
    • I'm sorry, I kid. :D

Well, I would never have Adalind or Eve/Juliette in a spin-off, but I would have smart Nick and Trubel, and possibly Monroe and Rosalee.

I'm really getting tired now... It's been fun talking to you. I'm guessing we'll talk more tomorrow or something?

    • Hey! I don't understand how it was lust at first sight in season 1 episode 1 between Adalind and Nick when Nick was advising Hank not to ask Adalind out by sizing her up with his intuition. Apparently, the Nadalind shippers think this was the start of the Nadalind relationship. I for one don't get it. Thoughts?

        Loading editor
    • Hello! To me, the scene played out as "what in the f*** did I just see?" from Nick. I can't even imagine how lust even comes into this! It's a huge stretch for me.

Have you seen the series Hannibal?

      No I haven't. What's it about?

The Nadalind remind me: Bitise on twitter just advocated for shipping Eve and Trubel. :D

    • Hahaha so I've heard!

      O.M.G.

You need to see Penny Dreadful. It's a mix of gothic horror and literature and is absolutely the best show. It's about a character called Vanessa Ives and her fight against evil forces that lurk in Victorian England. Two seasons have aired now each 8-10? Episodes long. The third season is coming out in May this year. Marathon it!

OMG! Bitsie is the best! Treve FTW!

    • Yeah... I want the Trubz. :D

        Loading editor
    • Oh, I was wondering if you could help me with my spin-off. I just need a new Wesen not created by me, that does a certain thing. For some good Wesen of the week stuff.

        Loading editor
    • I'll try! What certain thing does this Wesen do? What storyline will you have it in?

        Loading editor
    • I'll leave it up to you, but I'm thinking of a medieval, brutal type ritual that supposedly (it actually doesn't) gain immortality. The rest is up to you.

        Loading editor
    • I did a cursory internet search of immortality, medieval and ritual. In Medieval times, alchemists were of the belief that drinking liquid gold or silver drops (mercury or mercury mixed with gold) would give them immortality. The problem with this is that mercury is toxic and obviously if this were true, people would be inhaling the stuff at any given notice.

I also found that mythology wise, animals that are associated with this type of ritual were the rabbit or hare. This was a common belief in Asian customs, not European customs that I'm assuming is what you mean when you say medieval.

The ritual itself can be brutal - mercury posioning can cause the person who has been poisoned to feel like their skin is crawling with insects (so a burning/itching sensation). In addition, extreme cases can have the skin peeling off, especially in the hands and feet. They can also experience profuse sweating, salivation and hypertension (high blood pressure and heart rate). Insomnia and memory impairment are also an issue.

        Loading editor
    • Wow, that's a lot! Thanks for the research!

So... We already have two rabbit Wesen, the Willahara and the one that causes Dammersustand in one of Rosalee's books. I was meaning European, but... I'll have the crazy guy who's doing this have a rabbity name.

This could be one trippy episode! Now, let's see if we can find a way for this ritual to need to require killing somebody or using them without killing them... Any ideas?

        Loading editor
    • I do but you might find it too trippy.

I found that the Willahara episode really brought the vulnerability of some Wesen to the forefront. I think in your spin off episode, you should have a Willahara targetting people and Leporem Venators who are hunting down their feet for conception. So for example, a Willahara community run a fertility clinic who gauges clients to see if they endorse this Black Market method. If they do, they refer the people to another specialist who gives them a drug to enhance the process. This drug is actually liquid Mercury (silver drops) and when ingested, the results are a slow and painful death. You could also have the mercury being untraceable (i.e. placed in food substances so it's harder to track) to cover their tracks.

Don't know. It's trippy. I take inspiration from the Rat King episode :D

        Loading editor
    • I actually like that idea. It'll be just like the Bauerschwein killing and poisoning Blutbaden after centuries of persecution. It would also be an unexpected twist... However, I might save something like that for another episode. This one I do want to deal with immortality rituals.

        Loading editor
    • Immortality rituals are mostly common in India.

        Loading editor
    • Interesting...

Also, I noticed something recently that I don't think anybody else has. All the way back in the 3rd episode of the show, Beeware, when Renard talks to Adalind about Nick. When Renard says he'll keep her safe, she goes "is that what you told Camilla and Serena?" And then she says "I'm not the only one who's going to get stung." So, basically, Renard was involved with shutting down the Mellifer business. But, why do you think he did that?

        Loading editor
    • Maybe he meant what he said to Adalind, that he'll keep her safe :D

You know, this season, the actors and the viewers point out that Nick and Adalnd have a child together so they should stay together, but umm, so do Renard and Adalind. Meisner has some competition :D

Yeah, if you want immortality rituals as opposed to a quest for immortality, you may have to do something similar to those Phasingars that Nick had to deal with as he was getting his Grimm back.

        Loading editor
    • Yeah, but Adalind really implied that he was involved with whatever the hell they were doing.

Yeah. Actually, funny thing is, I like to go ahead and basically correct what I don't like about Grimm from time to time, and I added a scene in Red Menace where Meisner kisses Renard on the cheek. :D

That's what I'm thinking. Also, I realized that because the main charactwrs are just regular humans, the audience now gets to understand the importance of Grimm's a whole lot better,

        Loading editor
    • I'd like a Reneisner scene like that <3

Renard's sneaky so he's got his fingers in many different pies. You know they say opposites attract but for lasting relationships, people who are similar to each other win out *cough*SneakyMeisner*cough*

    • I actually think it would make since if Hexenbiests and Zauberbiests were pansexual, not really caring about the other persons gender, but using them to their advantage.

    • Lol. A Renard, Adalind and Meisner trifecta. Holy cow :D

        Loading editor
    • You know what, why not, let's throw Juliette/Eve in there, make it a four-way. Maybe Trubel... I can totally see this turning into something I'm not sure we can discuss here. :D

    • Lol! :D I thought you said that you wanted Trubel for yourself!

        Loading editor
    • Well, Bitsie advocated Trubel and Eve shipping, which I'm kinda like, sort of a fan, except the age difference is a bit weird. You know what, throw me in there too. :D

    • Taken directly from my episode outlines: "A man is adding muscles and other body parts from other people to his body, and then drinks mercury and gold as part of an immortality ritual. However, the mercury begins to effect him, and he thinks that this is a sign from god that he hasn't "fixed" the right body parts. He eventually begins to rip his skin off and replaces it, targeting Marcus for his skin."

    • Also, here's all my episode ideas if you want to see them: Episode 1 - Beneath the Mask - Marcus purchases Nick's Grimm books from an auction, and looks through them. He tells Kiera that the auctioneer did not know who the books were purchased from. - A Wesen has killed a security guard, and prints are found at the scene, linking them to a suspect. Marcus and Kiera find out the man has a lengthy criminal record, and suspect that he may be a Höllentier. They go to the mans address and ask him some questions. They conclude he is a Höllentier, because of his brutish and nasty behaviour and his criminal record. They get their Grimm weapons and go back to the house and confront the man, who turns out to be a human, who was in business with a Höllentier, and when he couldn't give him money in time, the Höllentier attacked him in his home, but got wounded before escaping. As they drive off, they witness the Höllentier crashing his car into another, and when a person comes to help, he kills them. They chase him and have a fight, but Kiera kills him.

Episode 2 - Mark of the Beast - Marcus and Kiera investigate a gruesome murder. They have a witness who says he saw a man with marks along his cheeks, and going through the books, they realize that the man is an Ak-Moho-Alii, and that he is preying upon "Hiringaro" Wesen. They end up finding the man and have another fight, and Marcus kills him through impalement. - Kiera and Marcus have a conversation about hunting, and Marcus says they need to find Nick Burkhardt in order to help them, but Kiera says they do the job just fine. Marcus says that they almost let the Höllentier get away, and that they can't allow that to happen again.

Episode 3 - Gone Girl - Marcus and Kiera decide to investigate a missing person report, the wife of a friend. They find out many people have gone missing recently, and that a few have been found, with their bones showing signs of being cooked. They conclude that they are likely after a Wendigo. They interview everyone in the neighbourhood and try to verify alibis, when Kiera is arrested for impersonating a government official, leaving Marcus all on his own. He realizes that one of the people he interviewed did not have an alibi that checked out. He tracks him down and the man turns out to be a Wendigo, but he is Wieder, hunting animals instead of humans, and that he illegally killed some endangered animals. The Wendigo tells him that he was let loose by a police officer, who he saw kill a man that went missing. Marcus hurries to the jail, but the man already let Kiera go and plans on killing her, but Marcus locates him and ends up killing him. He was a Tasmanian devil-type Wesen.

Episode 4 - ? - A man is adding muscles and other body parts from other people to his body, and then drinks mercury and gold as part of an immortality ritual. However, the mercury begins to effect him, and he thinks that this is a sign from god that he hasn't "fixed" the right body parts. He eventually begins to rip his skin off and replaces it, targeting Marcus for his skin. However, Kiera kills the man. The man was a ?-type Wesen. - Marcus tries to find out where the auctioneer got Nick's books from, and looks deeply in, only to find that a man named Felix Dietrich sent them, but upon further digging, he finds out that Felix Dietrich has been dead for years.

Episode 5 - ? - A man is shot and has his throat ripped out, but is taken to the hospital and survives. He manages to tell Marcus and Kiera what happened, and Kiera realizes that he was held for ransom by Skalengecks, whom she has dealt with in her past. - In flashbacks, we get to see Kiera being held hostage by the Skalengecks and nearly killed, when Trubel saves her and kills the majority of the Skalengecks, leaving only three left. Kiera and Trubel hung out together, and Trubel taught Kiera about the Wesen world. However, when one of the last Black Claw agents targets them, Trubel appears to have been killed, alongside the Black Claw agents. - The Skalengecks have been watching the pair, kidnap Marcus, and call Kiera, saying if she doesn't turn over Nick's Grimm books, they will kill Marcus. Kiera instead brings random books to hand over to the Skalengecks, who get enraged and have a brief fight between Marcus and Kiera. They end up injuring Marcus and kidnapping Kiera, about to kill them both, when Trubel appears and kills the Skalengecks.

Episode 6 - ? - An ancient papyrus scroll from ancient Egypt has been found, which contains valuable information on various Egyptian Wesen, including some that have never been identified before, as well as information as to how they controlled Wesen. An Egyptian Anubis and Bastet from the Beati Paoli are after the scroll, so that Grimm's do not learn how to control Wesen. Trubel tries to make a deal with the Beati Paoli, having H.W. put the scroll in a secure location where it is out of harms reach. -

    • Omg! These sound like super cool episodes. Few questions:

      Are Marcus and Kiera related?

Why are two humans who have no Grimm powers and can't really see these Wesen going after them? Perhaps a sad Wesen backstory is in order?

What will happen if they go against the more dangerous and powerful Wesen, like Hexenbiest/Zauberbiest or Wildesheer? Seriously doubt Kiera's going to be ok handling those. And what about sewers with Gaelumcaedus?

Do you think you'll have Grimm ancestry in one of them? I hope not because it'd be nice to focus on humans for once than super powered Biests and Grimms.

        Loading editor
    • No, they're just friends, and even if you want them to be shipped together, it ain't happening. :D

        Loading editor
    • I was thinking of a Marcus and Trubel ship actually :D

I edited the post above; more questions :D

        Loading editor
    • Great questions. In Kiera's case she was kidnapped by Skalengecks who exposed their Weser forms, when Trubel saved her, she taught her about the Wesen world. Marcus, there is a Wesen backstory as well, but I haven't figured it out yet.

That is going to be addressed. They can handle their own pretty well, but yeah, they are pretty much dead if they encounter super strong Wesen, which is why Trubel will be there to kick real ass. :)

Nope, no Grimm background, pure Kehrseite.

        Loading editor
    • Excellent! But then, how would you deal with critics who say the storyline is refreshing in that two normal people do the Wesen fighting (kinda reminds me of The Supernatural) however for the "real" or more serious fights, Trubel has to come in and save the day, so that the two main protagonists are pretty much naive and kinda sitting ducks when something like this happens?

Maybe you could have Trubel teach them, and eventually intro them to Nick?

        Loading editor
    • You watch Supernatural!?

They're always on their game, and their usually aware of when they are facing a very powerful Wesen. So, Marcus and Kiera will not stand a chance against several Skalengecks, but if they work together they probably could fight a Höllentier on an equal level. Usually they will fight a Wesen together, unless it's something like a Hundjäger or a Murciélago, in which case they can do just fine on their own.

Trubel could teach them, but right now, it'll be more like she will aid them in trying to find Nick.

    • Haha of course I do! I'm a Dean Girl, just so you know :D I wish I were his Impala.

Hahahaha ok! :D Thanks for telling me that! I wish the Grimm writers would say that too for us diehard fangirls.

    • Yeah. Given how dangerous this world is, it's easy to imagine Kiera or Marcus being too confident in their abilities and then fatally underestimating their opponent.

Also, I have a historical episode set during the 16th century in order, and possibly one about the Grimm Knights who served the Royals during the Fourth Crusade.

And Trubel and the Kehrseite will be traveling the world to find Nick, one of those locations being one of my favourite places on Earth, Siberia.

        Loading editor
    • Wow! Haha why would Nick be in Siberia? In addition, will he be alone or will Adalind (Ugh) be with him?

        Loading editor
    • For the 16th Century episode, what ideas do you have in mind? I love the ancient world and the classics!

        Loading editor
    • No, screw Adalind, she's doing whatever. :D

Oh, that's not where they'll find Nick. That Egyptian Wesen scroll will come back in a big way.

Well... You're going to love this! :D There is going to be a big season ending cliffhanger, and then the first episode back I'll pull a Hannibal, an not show what happens, but instead show a new story. It features a Grimm somewhere in Europe, doing the jobs that the old Grimm's did. And the best part is... The Grimm is Trubel's great great ancestor!

        Loading editor
    • OMG! That sounds awesome but I can imagine myself crying in frustration if you pull a cliffhanger like that :D

So this ancestor of Trubel's, I reckon you should do a full on beginning to grisly end storyline for them so we get a snippet of what it was like to be a Grimm during that ancient time. I can imagine that normal people back then would also be wary of Grimms and might condemn them as much as Wesen.

        Loading editor
    • Exactly, that's what Hannibal did and I was SUPER frustrated! :D

Birth to death? I was thinking just some random point in their lives to death (she dies at the end). Were Kehrseite aware of Wesen and Grimm's back then?

        Loading editor
    • No no, not birth to death. Like when the ancestor finds out they are Grimm, up until their death.

      Oh so it's a she? :D

Well I would think that back then, Kehrseite would be fearful of a person who sees things that no one else can see.

        Loading editor
    • Maybe. I might do that, but I rather much not.

Yeah. I did that because back then woman were treated horribly and if they cross dressed they were put in prison. Also, if they did "manly" things they would be burned at the stake. Oh, and she's gay, so, she's got lots of "reasons" for people to kill her.

Oh, that makes sense. Alright, I'll add that in.

        Loading editor
    • Hahaha well - the odds are stacked against her. We've come this far and people are more civil about such things than they were then but we still have a ways to go.

        Loading editor
    • Btw, have you seen the movie, The Imitation Game?

        Loading editor
    • I agree. It's just baffling why we still argue about this. Just frustrates me.

      Yes, I have! It's a great movie!

        Loading editor
    • IKR?! (Meaning the movie and that issue)

In that move, the only thing that choked me up was the punishment they issued him in the end. It was awful! I'm glad they don't do that anymore (at least I don't think o.o)

        Loading editor
    • No, they don't anymore in Europe as far as I know, but in areas like Uganda, you are put to prison for life for being gay. And recently, a bill was passed in Georgia (the state, not the country) which allows people to not serve gay couples at restaurants, which is RIDICULOUS given that marriage equality is now legal across the entire US.

        Loading editor
    • That's incredibly discriminatory. Not nice at all. It's not like people of those communities are harming anyone! People should be allowed to be themselves without being judged by anyone.

        Loading editor
    • Exactly. Fortunately I live in like, one of the gayest areas in the world, so I don't encounter assholes like that often.

Also, what's a Wesen that we haven't seen a lot of that you would like to see again?

        Loading editor
    • Musai, Wildesheer and maybe a full Zauberbiest. So nothing like Renard's thing where only half his face changes. I imagine that a full Zauberbiest would look like those Bonies off Warm Bodies (ok movie but I've seen better :D).

        Loading editor
    • Okay, just wondering because I don't want to add a boat load of new Wesen (although now that I count I've added 4 new Wesen). I'll definetly be adding a Musai somewhere, because... Wew!!! Damn Khloe. You gorgeous! :D

Some of the new Wesen include a Tasmanian devil one (which gives me chills just thinking about it), whatever immortal-wanna-be guy will be, a wasp like one which impregnants parasitice children, and a woolly rhino one.

        Loading editor
    • " a wasp like one which impregnants parasitice children" --> huh? O.o

        Loading editor
    • Oh sorry, I can't speak you see. :D There is a wasp-like Wesen that has a... Well, an ovipositor and stabs people (regardless of gender) in the stomach with it. It lays its eggs in the stomach, and the eggs grow to be the children, who then break out of the hosts body like the Chestburster in Alien. :D It's by far the craziest one I think ever, but I'm sticking with it because I like it. :D

        Loading editor
    • That's the mechanism of a viral infection :D Yeah go for it; but what's the motive of this wasp-like Wesen for doing this?

        Loading editor
    • I haven't really thought of it, but, how does "it being a very rare Wesen that wants to grow the population some more" sound? I mean, there's no chance of inbreeding, given that they don't need to do the hanky panky. Oh, wait, should they kill the babies? This just got dark real fast. :D

        Loading editor
    • Also, I've progessed the next few episodes. Just two more. More returning characters from the original series ;)

Episode 6 - We Protect the Dead - An ancient papyrus scroll from ancient Egypt has been found, which contains valuable information on various Egyptian Wesen, including some that have never been identified before, as well as information as to how they controlled Wesen. An Egyptian Anubis and Manticore from the Beati Paoli are after the scroll, so that Grimm's do not learn how to control Wesen. Trubel tries to make a deal with the Beati Paoli, having H.W. put the scroll in a secure location where it is out of harms reach. When they disagree, Trubel speaks with the Beati Paoli leader, who then forces his agents to back down and let H.W. handle the scroll. Trubel then gives the scroll to H.W. London. Trubel tells Marcus and Kiera that the Royals would like the get their hands on the scroll as well, but they don't know about it. - Trubel tells Marcus and Kiera that she got a lead that the same Skalengecks she saved Kiera from have been hired by the Royals to get Nick's Grimm books, not to destroy them, but to have a better understanding of Nick and how to use him to service them. She also says that since the Royals know where Marcus and Kiera live, it is best to move them to a new place under false names. When asked where Nick is, Trubel says that she has no idea, but he wouldn't be anywhere the Royals would expect him to be. She also says that she knows who sold the Grimm books to auction, but doesn't disclose the information, for the sellers protection.

Episode 7 - Children of Men - Several Verrat agents break into Marcus's old house, but find nothing. - Trubel helps put Marcus and Kiera into their new house and to settle in. - People have been found dead, seemingly having their stomach punctured from the inside out. Marcus and Kiera have Trubel help them in figuring the case out. They realize that it is a wasp-like Wesen (Piquretifl) that has an elongated ovipositor that they use to sting people in the abdomen with, impregnating them with their offspring. After a few weeks, the offspring gives birth in full woge by tearing out the hosts insides and crawling out. Marcus and Kiera find out that the victims were all on a dating website, and all went out with a woman a few weeks before they died, and they died around the same time the young would be giving birth. They track down the woman, but during a scuffle, the woman impregnates Marcus, putting him out of action. Trubel has Kiera find a way to kill the Wesen baby growing inside as she tries to track down the woman. Kiera manages to use an extremely exhausting version of chemotherapy to destroy the baby, while Trubel tracks the woman down and beheads her. - Trubel finally tells Marcus and Kiera that the seller of the Grimm books was Monroe.

Episode 8 - Crown of Thorns - Trubel explains to Marcus and Kiera who Monroe and Rosalee are, and that they were relocated by H.W. to Berlin when Nick went into hiding because the Royals were after his friends too. Trubel says that they might put Monroe in danger if they go to him, but that he is their best chance in finding Nick. - Trubel, Marcus, and Kiera head to Berlin and go to Monroe and Rosalee's house. Trubel tells them that Marcus and Kiera need to find Nick to understand more about the Wesen world, and also to confirm he is still alive, as no one has heard from him in years. Monroe says that Nick had him sell some of his Grimm books because if someone found him, then they wouldn't be able to destroy everything at the same time. Monroe says the last he heard from Nick, he was in Siberia. Trubel decides they have to head to Siberia. However, while they talk, a Raub-Kondor sniper fires a shot into Monrosalee's home. Rosalee is forced to be guarded in an H.W. compound, but she says she will not sit and do nothing. Trubel examines a shell casing and has fingerprints on it, linking to a freelance bounty hunter who is working for the Verrat. Trubel locates him and interrogates him, finding out that Princess Mia Gaudot of England hired him to do the job. - Trubel assassinates Mia Gaudot on her way to visit King Viktor in Vienna, then returns to H.W. Berlin and kills the Raub-Kondor. She then tells Monroe and the Kerhseite that they are heading to Siberia.

Episode 9 - The Quest - Trubel, Monroe, Marcus, and Kiera go to Siberia, and meet with H.W. Siberia, who says that they have not found any sign of Nick there. - Monroe says Nick found an abandoned cabin a little bit outside Yakutsk, and the team go there, but are ambush by a woolly rhino-type Wesen, who says that he saw Nick, and that he wanted to get out of the country as soon as he could, because he said the Royals were on to him. The Wesen then gives them a new Grimm diary that Nick wrote while he was in Siberia, and it shows several new Wesen that they have never heard of. There, they learn that Nick was hunting down bad Wesen, and that he said he had to leave because he was starting to be recognized by international people. - The woolly rhino-Wesen calls a Verrat agent, saying that there are several people that are looking for Nick, and the Verrat agent has him meet him in the woods. They then force the man to call Monroe and tell him that he found something and to meet him in the woods, but at the last moment, he says it's a trap and is killed. The gang is ambushed at the airport by Verrat agents, but they kill the majority of them, except for two Hundjägers and an Apgadnieks.

Episode 10 - The Grimm Legacy - The gang reaches Cairo, and Trubel uses the CCTV cameras to confirm that Nick did in fact land in Cairo. She then gets an alert for HW that an assassin working for the Royals is in Cairo, and Kiera says that the assassin has got to be after Nick. - They check into a hotel, and Monroe calls Rosalee, telling her that they are close to finding Nick. Rosalee tells Monroe that if he finds Nick, to tell him that she said hi, and Monroe says he will. - In the middle of the night, Trubel hears something and investigates the hotel they are staying at. She goes downstairs and hears a fight, and rushes in, only to see Nick killing the assassin sent after him. Nick reunites with Trubel and Monroe, and is introduced to Marcus and Kiera, who are excited to finally meet him. Nick says that he had to travel to Egypt, because of something amazing has been found in the pyramids. Trubel asks if it was the Wesen scroll, which Nick identifies as the Kalima Minkull, or the "Word of All", which was a series of scrolls that one of the first Grimm's ever wrote. Monroe compares them to the Seven Keys, but Nick says that they contain information on how to control Wesen, not rule the world, although it could be used to rule the Wesen world. Trubel says that the Royals are unaware of scrolls, and Nick says to keep it that way. He says that they should get the last scroll and hide it with HW so that nobody ever gets their hands on them. - They leave the hotel and go to get some equipment, where Trubel and Nick have a heart to heart, both apologizing and in tears, thinking that they would never see each other again. Nick has a similar reaction to Monroe. Nick also reveals that he has a gun, but rarely uses it anymore, able to kill with his bare hands. Marcus and Kiera both ask him to train them in fighting, which Nick says he will at some point. - Nick has a flashback to the night he disappeared, where he told Hank to quit the police force, and for Monroe to hide his Grimm books, and Trubel saying that she will help them relocate. Nick calls Hank, who still works at the precinct, saying he has waited every day for him. Nick apologizes, but says that he'll try to come home if he can.

    • WOW. You my friend have a killer imagination. This is super sad and frustrating and awesome!!! I think you have the Wasp Wesen storyline down; I love it. Question, will Juliette make an appearance?

        Loading editor
    • Quick question - have you talked to the Grimm writers before? Like actually contacted them via email/Twitter/phone or something? I know they might be famous but surely, since you live in the same country, you could share these ideas with them and start working there as a trainee?

        Loading editor
    • That's one of the highest compliments I've ever recieved regarding what I write. Thank you! I love my twisted, violent, perverted, beautiful mind. :D

What's the sad and frustrating (and awesome) part?

Juliette/Eve will not make an appearance. Again this all depends on what happens in the show right now.

Also, do you think season 5 will be the last season of Grimm?

I've thought about contacting them, but the problem is that they won't use other peoples ideas because something to do with IP's or something. I don't understand it really.

        Loading editor
    • Grimmival wrote: I've thought about contacting them, but the problem is that they won't use other peoples ideas because something to do with IP's or something. I don't understand it really.

It's a TV thing where they can't use fan suggested ideas directly even if the person gives them permission. Some copyright or something. The writers have explained it before, but I don't remember exactly what the reason is.

        Loading editor
    • The sad part is that Nick is on his own without his gang with him. The frustrating part is that he's basically left gone solo and so I have no one to ship him with. The awesome part is he has embraced his Grimm legacy and your story is something I have never considered on this show; the stakes are higher which is really nice.

Hmmm based on what WesenZoo is saying, I think you should talk to the writers about getting a job there after you finish your final year as a trainee writer, just to see how the process works. Then you can start to take part in the writing, and do work for them where you exercise your own creativity. I reckon it won't hurt for you to reach out to them and explain what you want to do in the future, and to ask for guidance at first. Don't ask them for a job straightaway; just demonstrate your enthusiasm for the writer's role and ask them what you can do to progress in such a career. It's worth a shot.

        Loading editor
    • Yup, Nick goes full Grimm, but he is still a nice Grimm compared to the others. I honestly thought Nick was going to go full Grimm in season 5...

I'll think about it. Depends if Grimm will still be on... What do you think about the chances of renwal are right now?

        Loading editor
    • Whoops I forgot to answer your question about that. I'm not sure if there will be a renewal. Some people say there will be, others say there won't be. I think we should wait a few more episodes to see because ultimately it's up to their network to decide that.

If they do get renewed, I sincerely hope this Nadalind house fest thing is killed with fire. I can't stand it and that's my subjective opinion. If they don't get renewed, I still hope they're able to fix up all the loose plot lines that they have introduced to the show and end it with a satisfying finish for everybody (hopefully).

        Loading editor
    • I hope it gets renewed, but I've prepared myself enough so that I won't freak out if it doesn't. I hate the Nadalind sooo much!!!! Also, the fight scenes in the show have gotten shorter and are not as cool as they used to be. Give me a Nick vs. Renard or Nick vs. the Wendigo again! (Two of my favourite fights)

        Loading editor
    • I said to Yaguarete, if Nick and Adalind be together at the end of season 5, I do not want to know if there is a season 6 anymore, RIP Grimm ...

        Loading editor
    • Or change it up and have the guys chasing after each other. I'd like me some Reneisner and a Nick triangle :D I would enjoy this infinitely more.

        Loading editor
    • That is... a little weird, but is better than Nadalind ;P

    • Hahaha it might be to some but there's many handsome men on Grimm. I can fangirl much more easily this way :D

        Loading editor
    • You know what, I would sacrifice my dearest Trubel and ship her with Eve and Meisner to create Treveisner. Then add Renard and make it Retreveisner. :D Anything but the Nadalind!

Oh, that reminds me, almost zero LGBT characters in this show, except for Amos (whom I have doubts of his gayness). Like, diversity please!

    • @Grimmival: Hahah yeah :D I guess all three of us see the same points and agree with each other.

@Jorgon: Yep. I cringe each time I see a loft scene. I comfort myself in knowing that Adalind denies a relationship with Nick despite kissing him and asks Trubel if Meisner mentioned her instead.

In the end, Social media likes and retweets and polls are nothing, numbers are everything, just numbers! a few hundreds in social media vs MILLIONS on TV, yap, i really believe Nadaling will LOSE... of course is my opinion... :D

I can't watch, is just Ugh! I still don't understand why people like Nadalind so much, but I know exist a lot haters too...

    • Don't worry. Just skip it in the episode. Season 5 has so far been the hardest season for me to watch.

If the ratings drop, I am pretty sure "Nadalind" is death!

    • Don't worry about those. Whether we like it or not, there will be people who support this pairing and people like us who dislike it very much. The good thing about it though is that on a show like Grimm, nothing is permanent and happy long term until the show doesn't get a renewal and has to end. So I think we should stick it out a bit longer, skip the Nadalind scenes and really focus on what will happen with the other characters because the season's finale Set Up sounds like a real doozy of a game changer.

I like Nickette, but I am okay with them separated, but Nadalind, I hate so much, ugh, so much hatred in my heart! :(

    • Like I said, it's not meant to last. An interesting news article that Bitsie Tulloch was interviewed in states that in a show like Grimm going forward, you need to really annoy the viewers to have them continually engaged with the characters in some way. So they have succeeded. Where Juliette is gone, the people who liked her character now channel their contempt for Adalind, so the writers don't lose those fans. So yeah it's all relative. So don't be too mad. Somewhere across the world, the writers of Grimm may be having a fun time of your negative emotions :D

    • I really don't care much if Nick meet someone else, but I will dream about Nadalind's end... thinking positive! ;P

    • I'm watching this show for Eve, Trubel and Meisner in that order (oh and Monroe and Wu as well). Don't care about Nick. He's disappointed me time and time again and I'm done with him.

    • Yap, you and me like the same characters :), I hope see more WU, episode 519! :)

    • Yeah! Nothing better happen to Wu or I really am going to stop watching this show.

    • Totally agree, I love Wu's humor :D

    • Oh btw, you know how Adalind will enter an "uneasy alliance" with someone later? I think it's with Eve.

    • Wait! Juliette/Eve and Adalind working together, it would be quite a twist, maybe is not a bad idea at all... but I hope Adalind's death in the end :D

    • Question - does Jacqueline Toboni have other shows she's working on? Is that why they sent her away from Grimm for a couple of episodes? I so want her to be a regular.

    • The creators want her to be a regular. It's just up to NBC.
