I wonder why Juliet didn't give the royals Nick's two keys whilst she was working for them it's as if everyone just forgot about them!

What is the 'treasure' that the Keys are protecting?
It sounded like even the showrunners haven't figured that out yet, from what they said at Comic Con this summer.
Of course, they might have just been messing with us.
They probably have a lot of different ideas about what the 'treasure' is, and haven't settled on one yet. I don't know.
But they said that they are going to revisit the whole issue of the Keys in this upcoming season.
No one knows what the treasure is, just that it was considered far to powerful for the Royals to ever get their hands upon it. So much so that seven Grimm knight's rebelled, stole it and buried it in the Black forest.
The only book about it, was destroyed in the Wesen Wars, so that only a single page survived (and that probably went up in flames when Juliette burned the trailer).
Back in Season two Renard admits that even the royals have no idea but suggests four possibilities based on popular legends: the secret of immortality, the secret of alchemy, the prophet Muhammed's sword or the nails of Christ's crucifixion along with perhaps pieces of the cross itself (and in a universe where Jewish prayers can create a golem, and native American ones can summon and banish such a terribly powerful spirit. Just imagine what either of them could do).
Likely chance is none of those are going to turn out to be correct, but you can see why they would be deemed to powerful for anyone to control, let alone a power hungry organisation that wants to plunge the world back into the middle ages.
Had Juliette lived, she might have told the Royals Nick had two keys. I guess she never got around to that, or they never asked her, or she could have stayed behind to get the keys for them and we never saw it.
Can't wait to see the last key be found, and the hunt for the buried treasure to begin!
My opinion, when you work undercover you have to do things to convince that criminals or in this case the Royals can trust you. Hard to say without all informations what she really wanted. Her acting didn't really convince me.
I would say for, look at it this way. She got nothing out of what she did for them, that benefited her only the opposite.
If you're only working with someone, then that means both parties have to benefit from the actions taken.
I think that the keys were not important for Juliette. She hasn't any ambitions to rule the world like the Royals, who lost their powers over the centuries.
I look for another point of view.
Juliette was in Prison. Why didn't she break out, so powerful she is/ was ??? On what was she waiting for? Was the food so good or the bed so comfortable??
My opinion was always that Juliette worked with Kelly and there are signs for this theory. In the moment Adalind told the Royals Kelly was still alive, her advantage all this years was gone and there was no running away anymore. Beside it comes a point in life when you have enough of running away. So you have to strike back to have your peace even if it means your death.
Kelly is a woman who takes such decisions. She might have seen finally a way to get her revenge and protect her son from the danger outgoing from the Royals. The Royals for a moment, have benefited from Juliette as they have recovered Diana.
Kelly benefited in the moment as Juliette climb in the inner circle of the Royals.
Did anybody considered that Kelly and Juliette wanted to wipe out the Royals acting alone ?
Otherwise it would be the stupidest and worst vendetta even for reality Tv and this with someone who is the most powerful Wesen. So Juliette is one of the most dangerous Wesen, selfisch, cruel, heartless, stupid and incompetent to kill somebody. And all this characteristics in one person and changing every moment.
How ridiculous. I have never met a person like this and I don't believe that a person like this ever exists.
If I were so powerful and wanted my revenge the person would not even survive 10 minutes. Greetings from my friend "Magneto". XXD

And when Nick "chose Adalind over Juliette", Juliette was so blinded by her hatred and anger that it led her to believe that Nick loved Adalind more, rather than protecting his son.

That's a real possibility.

Simply cause, all the power doesn't make her superman. Say lets assume that she was powerful enough to break out a solid steel cell (never saw her do anything like that), what do you think would happen? The guards would just shoot her.
And none of her power gives her invulnerability.

I think their a few holes in your theory. One, when exactly did they figure all this out? Two, if they were in it together, why the heck not you know let the others in loop, was their any good to keep them out? Three, why didn't she go with the king at the end then? Four, how does trying to kill Nick or Monroe come into this plan? Five, legitemently the royals knowing Kelly was alive didn't make much difference, cause they still couldn't find her. She had managed to successfully fake her death for twenty years, clearly she could stay hidden if she wanted to. Six, how does all her other behaviour fit into this?

What vendetta? All I see is a selfish person selling others out for their own benefit.

Power doesn't equal intelligence.

Sounds like a stereotypical hexenbiest to me, which was kind of the whole reason she turned evil.

Trust me they do.

But that's just it, she really didn't want revenge. Sure it interested her, but she wanted things for herself. She basically wanted what the royals were offering.
Selfishness is a Hexenbiest trait.
