Life/Career[]
Carpenter was born in Weatherford, Texas. He is a writer/director/cinematographer who graduated from the University of California's Los Angeles School of Theater, Film, and Television.
He has written the screenplays for such movies as Ocean's 11, The Man, and Blue Streak. He wrote and directed the movie Soul Survivor.
His books include "Killer" and "Killer in the Hills."
