Nana Visitor (born July 26, 1957) is an American stage and screen actress, best known for her role as Kira Nerys on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
Career[]
Nana Visitor is a veteran actress with many TV series appearances. Among them are Ryan's Hope, The Doctors, One Life To Live, MacGyver, Knight Rider, Night Court, In The Heat of the Night, Doogie Howser M.D., Thirtysomething, and Battlestar Galactica (2006). She has also had a starring role in the TV series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and recurring roles in the series Dark Angel and Wildfire.
On stage she played, and loved, the role of Roxie Hart in the touring and Broadway productions of Chicago.
