Forest Hills Storage was a fenced storage area where Nick Burkhardt keeps Marie's Trailer. Nick goes there to study the references in the trailer. It is located alongside the railways. ("Bad Teeth")
Nick explained the purpose of the trailer to Monroe, Juliette Silverton and Hank Griffin; Juliette did not initially believe him.

In "Game Ogre", Nick give Monroe the key to the trailer, and asks him to collect the Siegbarste Gewehr.
In "Woman in Black" Nick takes Juliette to the trailer, and explains its purpose. She thinks that he needs psychiatric help.
In "Season of the Hexenbiest", Sean Renard discovered the storage area and the trailer.
Season 2
In "The Good Shepherd" David Esquibel attacked Nick both outside and inside the trailer.
In "Face Off", Renard returned to the trailer and searched unsuccessfully for Nick's Key.
In "One Angry Fuchsbau" Monroe takes Juliette to the trailer to try and help her remember Nick.
In "Kiss of the Muse" Rosalee Calvert made her first visit to the trailer despite being aware of its existence. Also Juliette made her first solo visit to the trailer.
