The bullet that started WWI is a highly sought-after artifact that was direct cause of the demise of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. It was shot by Gavrilo Princip from a Belgian-made 9×17mm (.380 ACP) Fabrique Nationale model 1910 semi-automatic pistol, serial number 19074. It killed the Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria.
