Brian Tee was born in Okinawa, Japan, on March 15, 1977. His mother was Japanese and his father was Korean. He moved to California when he was two and spent the rest of his childhood there. He later graduated from the University of California with a degree in Theater. He can speak fluent English, Korean, and Japanese.
