I think Juliette ended up with her dreams coming true. She got what she wanted - massive power under her control, purpose, meaning, and to be respected and "Feared" by the Wesen community perhaps even more than Mr. Grimm was. Both Nick and Juliette made the point several times that they had LIVED together 6+ years and yet could never agree to get married. They had endless opportunity - yet never did it.
Juliette, Hank, and Wu were always jealous of Wesen and their extra abilities. Juliette and Wu got their wishes. Watch Juliette's eyes in Season 6 when she found out she came back across the mirror without her Biest. She has a silent meltdown akin to the noisy one Adalind had in Season 1 when Nick killed her Biest.
The irony is that most Wesen are portrayed as jealous of "normal" humans lack of a second nature and the challenges that come along with it and yet so out of touch with their Wesen natures that they go straight out of control when they wogue. So for example - humans can stew and rage inside without any real worry of anything going crazy on the outside.
Interestingly, Monroe is portrayed as one of the few Wesen who has fully accepted and come to terms with the fullness of everything he is. He neither resents what he is nor is jealous of what others are. Well.. Except maybe with coming to terms with being the father of triplets ;). Nobody comes to terms with being a parent until you do it though....
