Did anyone else notice that grown Diana told her brother Mom and Dad, instead of saying Nick? So does that mean that Renard is not in the picture anymore? Or do you think she calls them both Dad?

I think there needs to be, otherwise there wouldn't be scenes with Renard going above and beyond to cultivate his relationship with Diana. I also think their relationship didn't start with the cookie baking episode. I have a feeling it started long before when they were in the mansion.
As for Nick, it was shown that Diana had a distrust of him when he assumed Renard's form. While Nick did it for an entirely different reason, the child Diana wouldn't understand. She would think as a child does, that Nick was trying to take her father's place. Even if Nick were to lavish care on Diana (which I highly doubt), there's still that episode and from his point of view, there's no explaining that away to a child.

Renard spent far less time with Diana so of course he went above and beyond for his daughter. It's more than expected.
As for Nick and Diana, their relationship was tense, at the start. However, compare Diana, who got rid of the woman she thought would replace her mother's place in her father's life to the Diana opening the portal at the end so Nick could return home back to her mom (someone who's definitely taken Renard's place in Adalind's heart), BIG difference! That shows relational progress or else Nick wouldn't have needed to protect Diana from Z (he would have left Renard to do that by himself) or want his family (Adalind, Kelly and Diana) back when Kelly and Aunt Marie talked some sense into him. We may not have seen Nick bake cookies but he certainly went out of his way to make Diana feel at home at the loft. Sure N & D didn't like each other at the start of the show, they liked another well enough at the end. That is what matters. After 20 years I'm more than certain they are close. We'll have to agree to disagree on Nick being a good "dad" to Diana.
I don't disagree about him spending as much time as he could with Diana, I just think Adalind was the one who had primary care of their daughter, meaning Diana spent more time at the loft than with Renard. it was part of whatever agreement that was made after S06E03. Adalind had to conceed to Renard seeing Diana or else things would have played out differently.
Actually, when I was talking about Renard spending time with Diana, I was responding to the previous post, which implied (per the poster's assumption) that Nick and Diana became close. I don't think that was the case at all. I'm not implying they were enemies. I just see them as being civil to one another, probably for Adalind's sake more then anything else.
But as to which parent spent more time with Diana, I would say that it's probably 50/50, and that would be at Renard's discretion, not Adalind's. Renard would be the one providing monetary support for his daughter. Adalind could not.
Adalind had gone back to work before Diana's return, nothing would prevent her from doing that again with Diana now settled down between two homes. You can't assume Renard is the only one providing her with financial support in 20 years.
I don't know why not. You assume Nick and Diana had a close relationship after 20 years.
